Standards & Verification

Clear Specifications. Responsible Trade.

Commercial integrity in international commodity trade begins with unambiguous technical parameters, accredited laboratory assays, and transparent pre-shipment verification.

Quality Assurance Protocol

The Six Pillars of Specification Integrity

How United Saud Malaysia ensures that every export consignment matches the contractual expectations of international buyers.

Product Specification Sheets

Every product quote is accompanied by a formal technical specification sheet detailing contractual limits for Free Fatty Acids (FFA), Moisture & Impurities (M&I), Iodine Value (IV), Slip Melting Point, and Color.

Contract-Governed Standard

Refinery & Batch COA

Manufacturer Certificates of Analysis (COA) are generated for each individual production run or storage tank lot, providing laboratory confirmation before cargo leaves the processing facility.

Contract-Governed Standard

Independent Pre-Shipment Inspection

Where agreed in the commercial contract, independent international surveying companies (such as SGS, Intertek, or Bureau Veritas) attend port loading to sample tanks, verify weights, inspect flexitank integrity, and issue certified testing reports.

Contract-Governed Standard

Packaging Integrity & Seal Verification

Rigorous inspection of export packaging containers—verifying flexitank bulkheads, steel drum interior coatings, tamper-evident seals on jerry cans, and food-grade cleanliness prior to stuffing.

Contract-Governed Standard

Food Safety & Traceability Dossier

For edible oil consignments, documentation confirms non-GMO status, natural trans-fat free profile, and compliance with destination sanitary/phytosanitary thresholds.

Contract-Governed Standard

Destination Import Alignment

Coordination of Certificate of Origin (Form D, Form E, or General Chamber), commercial invoices endorsed per consular or customs requirements, and detailed packing lists.
