Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: January 2026
Welcome to the official website of United Saud Malaysia (located at https://www.unitedsaudmalaysia.com.co.lc). By accessing or utilizing this website, requesting a commercial quotation, or transmitting procurement inquiries, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.
1. General Information & Non-Binding Quotations
The contents of this website—including product descriptions, indicative specifications, packaging formats, and market commentary—are provided solely for general informational and commercial orientation purposes.
Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer to sell or a firm guarantee of product availability. Formal commercial offers, binding prices, and contractual delivery terms exist solely upon the mutual execution of an official, countersigned Sales & Purchase Contract (SPA) and proforma invoice.
2. Product Specifications & Quality Governance
Product specifications displayed on this site reflect standard commercial export parameters recognized under Malaysian PORAM or ASTM protocols. Because agricultural and recycled bio-commodities possess natural physical variability, exact analytical parameters for each delivery are established exclusively by the manufacturer Certificate of Analysis (COA) or independent surveyor inspection report (SGS, Intertek) issued at the loading port.
3. Non-Food Commodity Designation (UCO & POME Oil)
Used Cooking Oil (UCO) and Palm Oil Mill Effluent (POME) Oil are supplied strictly for technical, industrial, and renewable biofuel (HVO, SAF, FAME) manufacturing. Buyers, importers, and downstream traders warrant that these products shall never be redirected, blended, or processed into human food or animal feed applications.
4. IncoTerms & Maritime Risk Allocation
All international commercial terms referenced on this website or in commercial documentation (including FOB, CFR, and CIF) shall be interpreted in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC IncoTerms 2020). Risk of cargo loss or deterioration transfers to the buyer upon passing the ship's rail at the Malaysian port of loading under FOB terms, or as stipulated in the formal contract.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All text, photographic imagery, graphics, wordmarks, layout designs, and code published on https://www.unitedsaudmalaysia.com.co.lc are the intellectual property of United Saud Malaysia or its licensors. No content may be copied, reproduced, republished, or distributed for commercial purposes without prior written authorization.
6. Force Majeure & Limitation of Liability
Neither party shall be liable for failure or delay in fulfilling trade obligations if such failure arises from causes beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, civil commotion, strikes, port closures, severe weather, governmental trade embargoes, or catastrophic maritime shipping disruptions.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions and any non-contractual matters arising from website access shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia.
